Plugwise Smile P1 – Firmware update disabled
Na een lange tijd weer even bezig met de PlugWise Smile P1, toch weer nieuwe dingetjes aan de horizon.
Update disabled?
Ik ga naar de link: http://192.168.x.x/update/firmware en zie staan:

Ook in de portal bij status staat geen nieuwe firmware vermeld:
Hoezo “update disabled”?, goed…ik log in met WINSCP en ga naar: /var/pwupgrade/update-definition.txt ,waarin staat:

Dus…er is wel een nieuwere versie beschikbaar, even inloggen met SSH (na jailbreak) geeft ook
pwupgrade check aan dat er een nieuwe versie beschikbaar is:
Ps. een andere manier om deze firmware te installeren is via de bootlaoder met een UART en netwerk kabeltje.
Nou, dan de nieuwe downloaden met het commando: pwupgrade download , wat blijkt het wordt meteen geïnstalleerd!, het log:

Maar bij status staat dan firmware v2.1.7, dat is wel raar…
